Terms and Conditions – “Win a Trip to VXT HQ in New Zealand” competition

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of VXT and their immediate families are not eligible. VXT reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

a. Publish a LinkedIn post about their experience with VXT—what they love, how it’s helped them, or a memorable moment

b. Tag VXT in the LinkedIn post

Only one entry per individual is permitted. Posts must be publicly visible and remain accessible until at least 1 July 2025. There is no cost to enter the competition.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 10 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm NZT on Sunday, 29 June 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize

The winner will receive:

• One return economy-class airfare to Christchurch, New Zealand, from any international or domestic location
• Up to four (4) nights of accommodation in Christchurch
• Entry to the VXT Office Launch Party on Tuesday, 22 July 2025

The total prize value will not exceed NZD $5,000. Final travel arrangements will be coordinated by VXT. Meals, travel insurance, visas, and any personal or incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by VXT based on alignment with the spirit of the competition.

This is not a game of chance or lottery. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
